TDP hit by a lack of crowds at Public Meetings!

TDP chief and former CM Chandrababu Naidu’s first ‘Raa Kadali Ra‘ program in Kanigiri was an utter flop according to reports. In addition, all the gatherings from then until the recent ones held in Nellore and Pattikonda were empty. Even if they managed to forcefully gather some people, they too left in the middle of the meeting. TDP leaders do not know what to do with this. People were expecting something new and innovative in the CBN’s speech. A few waited that he would announce some schemes for the upliftment of women but to no avail.

The strategy of TDP which wanted to attract 100,000 people to each meeting of ‘Raa Kadali Ra’ has failed. Consequently, it is reported that Chandrababu was very angry with the local leaders as people did not attend these meetings even at the rate of ten thousand people per meeting. It seems that the party is now discussing if people do not appear in meetings, dangerous conclusions will be drawn from the scenario. On the other hand, they are expressing concern over public opposition. Even though the party leaders tried to mobilise people in Nellore and Pattikonda, there was no result. In these two districts, it is reported that the party leadership has taken the matter seriously as the meetings are not crowded.
