New Congress Govt In Telangana Soon: These Are The Ministers?

The new Telangana Government will soon take office. It is likely that the government will be formed on the 9th of this month after the Chief Minister of Delhi is finalized. But there is suspense as to who will be appointed as CM and Minister. In the assembly elections, the Congress party won 65 seats including the CPI and won an undisputed majority. With this, the responsibility of selecting ministers has become interesting. There are those who are hoping for a ministerial position on a large scale. Along with senior leaders, the newly elected young MLAs are also hoping for ministerial posts. In this context, the topic of who will be Telangana Ministers is being discussed everywhere. A total of 18 ministers are likely to be selected along with the CM. In this background, according to reliable information, it seems that a list of some ministers has been prepared. It is reported that a large chunk of ministers will be from Nalgonda, Mahbubnagar and Khammam districts. According to the ongoing campaign, it is known that those so and so are in the race for CM and Minister posts.

According to reliable information, the names being considered as CM and Ministers Are:

Warangal

  • Sitakka: Mulugu MLA. Three times victory as MLA. A senior leader and chief follower of Revanth Reddy.
  • Konda Surekha: Warangal East MLA, former minister, once a senior Congress leader.

Mahabubnagar

  • Revanth Reddy: Kodangal MLA, currently Malkajigiri MP is in the Chief Minister race.
  • Jupally Krishna Rao: MLA from Kollapur, experienced as a minister, and senior Congress leader.
  • Vamsikrishna: Atchampet MLA, senior Congress leader.
  • Veerlapally Shankar: Shadnagar MLA, senior party leader.

Nalgonda

Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy: Nalgonda MLA, currently MP, senior leader, also in CM race.
Komatireddy Venkat Reddy: Munugodu MLA, senior leader.
Padmavathi Reddy: Kodada MLA, wife of former PCC President Uttam. Previously worked as an MLA.

Khammam

Bhatti Vikramarka: Madhira MLA, senior leader, in Chief Minister race.
Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy: Paleru MLA, senior leader, the key factor behind party’s success in Khammam district.
Thummala Nageswara Rao: Khammam MLA, senior leader, ministerial experience.
Kunamneni Sambasiva Rao: Kothagudem MLA, chances of ministerial post in CPI quota due to the support given in the elections.

Medak
Damodar Raja Narasimha: Andole MLA, senior leader, previous experience of working as Deputy Chief Minister, a chance of getting Medak district quota.

Rangareddy
Gaddam Prasad Kumar: Vikarabad MLA, senior leader of Congress party, previous ministerial experience.

Nizamabad
Sudarshan Reddy: Bodhan MLA, former minister, senior leader.
Shabbir Ali: Chance to get in minority quota, presently MLC. He lost as an MLA in the current election.

Hyderabad
No one was elected as an MLA from here on behalf of the party. But former cricketer Azharuddin, who contested from Jubilee Hills and lost, is likely to be selected as the minister.

Karimnagar
Sridhar Babu: Manthani MLA, former minister, senior party leader.
Ponnam Prabhakar: Husnabad MLA, former MP, senior leader.

Adilabad
Gaddam Vivek: Chennur MLA, former MP, senior leader, entrepreneur and has a media company.
