TS Ambitious Praja Palana Receives Over 40 Lakh Applications in Three Days

The Telangana government is actively implementing Praja Palana initiatives centred around the six guarantees introduced with utmost ambition. This program commenced on December 28, with a brief hiatus noted on December 31 and January 1. Despite the break, CS Shanti Kumari affirmed in a statement that the program is progressing successfully, receiving a substantial response from the public. During this period, a total of 40,57,592 applications have been submitted.

On a daily basis, the program records an impressive average of 18,29,107 applications. Specifically, on a Saturday, public administration activities were carried out in 1,991 villages and 1,877 municipal wards across the state, resulting in the reception of 15,88,720 applications related to the five guarantees. Additionally, 2,40,387 applications were received for other items. Notably, the Praja Palana program has been completed in 3868 gram panchayats and 8,697 municipalities thus far.
