TS Ration Cards: Extension of E-KYC Deadline

Telangana Congress delivers uplifting news for ration card holders by providing an additional opportunity for KYC. The initial deadline for completing KYC was set until January 31, 2024, with only four days left. However, considering public requests, the Telangana government has issued an update. The state civil supplies department announces the extension of the e-KYC deadline by an additional month, allowing cardholders to complete the process until the end of February.

As of now, 75.76 percent of the KYC process has been successfully completed across the state. The Civil Supplies Department has instructed district Collectors to ensure that the remaining percentage is fulfilled promptly. Additionally, it is noteworthy that the Telangana government is actively working towards obtaining approval for the issuance of new ration cards.
