Ayodhya Ram Mandir: Inauguration and Darshan Details

The ongoing construction of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir, a topic of widespread discussion, aims to provide a spiritual destination for Hindus, fulfilling a pilgrimage dream for many. The temple is smoothly progressing towards completion, with its inauguration scheduled for January 22, officiated by Prime Minister Modi. Anticipating a daily influx of three to five lakh devotees post-inauguration, the temple authorities have established specific darshan hours for devotees.

Darshan Timings

The temple welcomes devotees for darshan daily from 7 am to 11:30 am and 2 pm to 7 pm, with timing adjustments on festivals and special occasions. Daily aartis, including Shringar Harati at 6:30 am, Bhog Harati at 12 noon, and Sandhya Aarti at 07:30 PM, add to the spiritual experience. While entry for general darshan is free, temple authorities are considering announcing ticket prices for those seeking special darshan.

Special darshan tickets, ranging from Rs.100 to Rs.300, can be purchased online. The temple, covering 2.7 acres, houses deities like Sri Rama, Seethamma, and Anjaneyu in the sanctum, emphasizing the spiritual significance. Photography is prohibited, and adherence to COVID-19 safety measures, including wearing masks and maintaining social distancing, is mandatory for all visitors.
