Nampally Court Issues Key Orders: Case Registered Against Daggubati Family

The Nampally Criminal Court has issued crucial orders in the Hyderabad Film Nagar Deccan Kitchen demolition case, giving the go-ahead to register a case against the Daggubati family members, including renowned Tollywood actor Venkatesh. The court directed the registration of a case against Venkatesh, Suresh Babu, Rana, and Abhiram Daggubati in response to a complaint filed by Nanda Kumar.

Nanda Kumar alleged that the Daggubati family was involved in the demolition of Deccan Kitchen in Film Nagar, claiming that it was carried out following the orders of the family court. The complaint stated that the building, worth crores, was destroyed, and the furniture was taken away. The Daggubati family contended that the constructions were illegal. Nanda Kumar sought justice by filing a complaint with Film Nagar CI. After investigation, the Nampally Criminal Court ordered the registration of a case against the mentioned Daggubati family members. Subsequently, Film Nagar police have registered a case under various sections as per the court’s directives
