Prabhas’ ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ Sets Overseas Box Office Buzz Ahead of Release

Pan India hero Prabhas staring ‘Kalki 2898 AD’, directed by Nag Ashwin, is setting records even before its release. The film is scheduled to release on June 27th, with an overseas release on the 26th. Advance bookings for the movie have opened abroad, and tickets are selling rapidly. The film will be released in 124 locations overseas. So far, advance bookings have been opened in 116 theatres, with 4933 tickets sold in a single day.

Amitabh Bachchan is set to play the role of Ashwathama in this high-budget film, which is generating excitement among fans following a recent update he shared on his blog. He mentioned, “Another busy day. I am busy with the work related to the song of my upcoming film. It will come to you soon.” Fans are commenting that Kalki is ongoing its post-production work. The movie team also released a new poster of Amitabh and announced that the trailer will be released on June 10. Senior hero Kamal Haasan is seen in the role of the villain while Deepika Padukone stars opposite Prabhas.
