Venkatesh and Rana Daggubati Gear Up for Rana Naidu Season 2 Filming!

The web series ‘Rana Naidu,’ where real-life uncle and son, Venkatesh and Rana, have acted as father and son on screen. This web series, produced by Netflix, has caused quite a stir among not only Telugu viewers but also audiences of other languages. Especially since Venkatesh and Rana both have a clean image in Telugu, ‘Rana Naidu’ not only shocked the Telugu audience but also made them think, ‘What is this?’ due to the excessive use of profanities, which even made some Telugu viewers uncomfortable. It was revealed during the streaming of season one that there will also be a season two for this web series.

According to the latest buzz in Filmnagar circles, the shooting for season 2 of ‘Rana Naidu’ is set to commence from the 25th of this month. Significant scenes involving Venkatesh along with Rana are expected to be shot during the first schedule. Currently, Rana is playing a crucial role in a Rajinikanth movie directed by Gnanavel Raja. On the other hand, there are rumours that Venkatesh is working on a film under the direction of Anil Ravipudi after “Saindhav,” but no official announcement has been made yet. In “Rana Naidu,” other key roles are played by Nurveen Chawla, Gaurav Chopra, and Suchitra Pillai, while the series is directed by Karan Anshuman and Suparn Verma.
