AP Government’s Historic Decision: Rs.25 Lakhs Under Aarogyasri
Jagan government has taken a historic decision regarding the Aarogyasri scheme. They announced that under YSR Aarogyasri Rs.25 lakhs will be given as insurance from now on. To this extent, CM YS Jagan conducted a review on Aarogyasri today at his camp office in Tadepalli. As part of this, many important orders were given to the officials. Meanwhile, this program will be started on the 18th of this month by the hands of CM.

Health and Education are People’s Rights
CM Jagan said that health and education are the rights of the people and it is the responsibility of the government to protect these rights. As a part of this, when he came to power, he focused on education and medicine. The CM mentioned that a free treatment program has been increased up to Rs.25 lakh under YSR Aarogyasri. He said that if the person has Aarogyasri card, he will get free treatment up to Rs.25 lakhs. He said that Aarogyasri stands by anyone who has any health problems. Similarly, those who have undergone treatment at Aarogyasri will also be paid Rs.300 as follow-up consultation transport charges to go to the doctor again and get a check-up done.

How to get free Treatment?
CM Jagan said that the video made about how to get free medical treatment under YSR Aarogyasri should be sent to everyone. Quarters should be built for specialist doctors in government hospitals and MLAs should also participate in each constituency. As part of this, health cards will be distributed to every household. He said that measures should be taken to complete the distribution of cards by the end of January. Along with this, the CM issued orders to explain how free medical treatment can be provided under this card along with the YSR Aarogyasri App.
