AP govt good news to farmers: Crop Input Subsidy released

AP government has released input subsidies for farmers. In the Tadepalli camp office, CM Jagan pressed the button and deposited the money in the farmers’ accounts. He said that they are helping the farmers on time in this manner and giving transparent compensation for any crop loss. He said that his government supports the farmers in all ways and it is the aim of the government that the farmers should not suffer. He said that in the past, there was no situation where the government bought discoloured grain, but after their government came, they also bought discoloured grain.

He said that 3.25 lakh tonnes of grain was purchased during Cyclone Michaung. He disclosed that 87 percent of farmers in AP have less than a hectare of land. He explained that about 12 lakh people have helped the affected farmers of the Michaung cyclone. He said that Rs 1294 crore had been deposited directly in the farmers’ accounts.
