AP Govt: New Aarogyasri cards with smart features, Rs 25L limit

The AP government announced they will provide free medical treatment up to Rs 25 lakh under YSR Arogyashri, which is good news. As part of this, the Jagan government will distribute smart Aarogyasri cards with new features from today. In this regard, CM Jagan will formally start the program today at noon in the Tadepalli camp office.

Awareness of Arogya Shree Services, App

ANMs, Community Health Officers, Asha workers, volunteers, women police, MLAs and other public representatives will personally inspect and create awareness about Aarogyasri services. Similarly, this new Aarogyasri card will have ABHA ID along with a QR code, beneficiary’s photograph and beneficiary’s health details embedded in the electronic health record. 4.52 crore beneficiaries will be made widely aware of Aarogyasri Services and Arogyasri App. In this meeting, CM Jagan will give direction to the field-level medical and health personnel.
