BJP High Command to Make Final Call on Alliances

TDP and Janasena parties have announced an allocation of assembly seats, with 118 seats in total. As part of the alliance, TDP is allocated 94 seats, and Janasena is given 24 seats. Chandrababu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan stated that an announcement regarding the remaining seats will be made after forming an alliance with the BJP. AP BJP Chief Daggubati Purandeswari responded, stating that the BJP High Command will make decisions regarding the alliance in AP.

BJP Chief Daggubati Purandeswari said that they stated we have our plan and questioned TDP and Janasena haven’t announced all the seats yet, have they?. Purandeswari clarified that only some seats have been announced. Once the BJP national leadership finalizes the alliance, they will then think about the seats and where to compete. Until then, they will focus on strengthening the party from the booth level in all 175 assembly constituencies and 25 parliamentary constituencies.

TDP and Janasena are set to hold an election rally in Tadepalligudem on the 28th of this month. A day before this, BJP has scheduled an election rally in Eluru, with Union Minister Rajnath Singh expected to attend. This situation continues the political suspense about whether there will be an alliance or not. Now, with both parties announcing their seats, this uncertainty has intensified.
