CM Jagan remarked that mentioning Chandrababu and his ‘foster son’ Pawan Kalyan brings to mind Chandrababu’s deceptions and Pawan Kalyan, a ‘marriage star’ who changes wives as often as cars are changed every seven years, and a deceiver. Similarly, the deceit Chandrababu committed against women’s self-help groups comes to mind, and mentioning the ‘foster son’ reminds one of someone who corrupts the institution of marriage. One lacks credibility, and the other lacks values. They have formed an alliance as three parties, coming together to wage a war on the future of the poor, urging the public to be alert.

CM Jagan criticized the opposition for deceiving the people with false promises in 2014, in alliance with BJP, including Chandrababu and Pawan Kalyan. He accused Chandrababu of failing to fulfill promises such as loan waivers for farmers and women’s self-help groups amounting to Rs 14,205 crores. He also slammed them for allegedly running a call money sex racket in Vijayawada. Jagan questioned the fulfilment of the promise of a job for every household or a monthly unemployment allowance of Rs. 2,000 for every household without a job. He reminded the public of the nine promises made to women, questioning if even one was fulfilled. He urged the people to consider whether these actions have benefited their households as the measure of truth.
