CM Jagan assured them an amount of Rs. 13,500 per year under investment assistance. To this extent, Rythu Bharosa cash is being deposited in farmers’ accounts in three instalments. Rs. 7,500 in the first installment, Rs. 4,000 in the second installment and Rs. 2,000 in the third installment are being released directly into farmers’ bank accounts. Nowhere in the country have 99 percent of election promises been implemented.
