Congress PCC President YS Sharmila Arrested Near Secretariat

The AP Congress organized the ‘Chalo Secretariat’ program to demand the announcement of the Mega DSC, causing tension. Today, PCC President YS Sharmila, along with party leaders and activists, headed to the secretariat from Andhra Ratna Bhavan in Vijayawada. However, they faced multiple police stops along the way, leading to heated arguments between the Congress leaders and law enforcement.

As the Congress leaders headed towards the AP Secretariat, they encountered heavy police presence near Karakatta in Undavalli, leading to YS Sharmila being stranded on the road. Subsequently, Sharmila was arrested by the police near the Kondaveeti lift and taken away in a vehicle.
