Good News To AP Lawyers: CM Jagan To Release ‘YSR Law Nestham’

CM Jagan will share the exciting, good news with the young lawyers of AP. Cash will be deposited in the accounts of the beneficiaries under the ‘YSR Law Nestham’ scheme on behalf of the state government. To this extent, today, CM Jagan will release the funds by pressing a button at the camp office in Tadepalli. This will benefit the young lawyers who have just completed their law graduation.

Benefits 6069 Lawyers

A stipend of Rs.1,80,000 will be provided to young lawyers who have completed their law graduation across the state for three years at the rate of Rs.5,000 per month each and Rs.60,000 per year in two instalments. To this extent, for six months, Rs. 30,000 for a total of Rs. 7,98,95,000 cash will be released. It is known that financial assistance of Rs.49.51 crores has been given to 6,069 young lawyers.

Welfare Of Advocates

For the welfare of advocates, the AP government has specially set up an ‘Advocate’s Welfare Trust’ with Rs.100 crores under the auspices of the Advocate General. It has Law and Finance Secretaries as members. Meanwhile, Rs. 25 crore of financial assistance is already provided from the trust in the form of loans to lawyers, group medical policies, and other needs. But for this, Advocates have to apply online at https://ysrlawnestham.ap.gov.in or directly to the Law Secretary. Similarly, Jagananna was also given an opportunity to complain through the “Jaganannaku Chebudham” on the 1902 toll-free number.
