If Chandrababu comes to power Old-age Pensions will disappear?

TDP chief Chandrababu has been showering promises on the people of AP in view of the approaching assembly elections. He is making promises that if they come to power they will provide free bus, free cylinders, this, that and everything. However, they are careful not to utter even a single word about increasing pensions provided to the elderly. All the old age pension beneficiaries in AP are over 60 years of age. But TDP has no vote bank among people above age 60. This matter became clear in the last assembly elections as well as in many by-elections.

If TDP-Janasena comes, will it keep the original old-age pension scheme?

It is in this background that the party leaders are discussing that Chandrababu Naidu is not giving any guarantee to the elderly regarding the increase in pensions. In general, Chandrababu sees everything and every promise from the point of view of votes. It is known to all that he gives any assurance only if he feels that it will benefit him politically. It is also being discussed that if the TDP-Jansena alliance, which has always been campaigning that the welfare schemes are useless, comes to power they will cut the old-age pensions heavily or even remove them.
