Kavitha sent to Tihar Jail for 14-day remand period in Delhi Liquor Scam: Bail plea reserved

Another important development has taken place in the Delhi liquor scam case. Regarding this case, BRS MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha was given a shock. Delhi’s Rouse Avenue court has reserved the judgement in the Delhi liquor scam case. She was sentenced to judicial custody for 14 days. She will face judicial remand till April 9.

However, Kavitha has been staying in the ED office in Delhi till now after her arrest. After the custody ended, the authorities produced her in court this morning and the court issued orders imposing a 14-day remand. In this background, she is being shifted to Tihar Jail. Arguments on Kavitha’s bail petition will be held again on April 1.
