Minister Roja becomes Santa Claus for a poor family’s upliftment

Usually, on the occasion of the birthdays of their favourite actors and politicians, fans celebrate by showing their love in different ways. But on the occasion of AP CM Jagan’s birthday, Minister Roja gave a birthday gift to Jagan in her own style. This time she celebrated CM Jagan’s birthday by gifting a golden future to a poor family. Besides, she dressed up as Santa Claus and gave gifts.

Nagaraju hails from a poor family in Vambay Colony, Vijayawada. He has a wife and two children who make a living by selling shoes on the road while he is handicapped by birth. To give a better future to his girls, he is trying his bit to save some money. But in a twist of fate, his wife got seriously ill and died. He spent all their saved money on her treatment. Nagaraju also started having health problems. Thus their life has become impossible. Nagaraju is living with the disability pension given by the Jagan government.

Nagaraju’s situation came to the notice of Minister Roja. This time on CM Jagan’s birthday, the Minister decided to help Nagaraju’s family. On Thursday, she became Santa Claus at Nagaraju’s house and gifted chocolates, biscuits and cake to Nagaraju’s children. She surprised Nagaraju with her visit. She celebrated CM Jagan’s birthday with the family. She asked for their well-being and on her part gave financial assistance of 2 lakh rupees to the family and told them that they can contact her for any need in the future.

Speaking on this, Minister Roja said that Nagaraju’s real-life story moved her so much. She added that her father’s name was also Nagaraju. Here, she said that his desire to protect his children made her emotional and she wanted to be always available as an elder sister to the family. She also said that she took this decision on the birthday of her beloved brother CM Jagan. She explained, “This family’s blessings are going to protect my brother.” She said that there is no better gift for the birthday of our loved ones than something that invokes societal values.
