Revanth Reddy: From Telangana Triumph to Andhra Pradesh Resurgence

As part of the election strategy in Andhra Pradesh, the Congress leadership successfully persuaded YSRTP party president Sharmila to merge her party with the Congress. Upon taking charge as the APCC president, Sharmila began criticizing the YSRCP, sparking renewed enthusiasm within the party ranks. This development added a new layer of interest to the political landscape of Andhra Pradesh.

Reports suggest that Revanth is actively participating in Congress meetings in AP as part of this effort.

In this regard, Sharmila is set to hold a massive public rally in Tirupati, marking her first major event since taking charge. Telangana CM Revanth and Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah will join her on the 25th of this month. This event will kickstart Congress’s election campaign in AP. The party intends to deploy Revanth Reddy extensively for campaigning in AP, highlighting the schemes implemented by the party after coming to power in Telangana.
