TDP-Janasena’s first candidate list is here: Pawan settles for THIS?

The first list of joint candidates of TDP and Janasena in AP has been released. TDP leader Chandrababu and Janasena’s Pawan Kalyan released the first list with a total of 118 candidates at Undavalli. In this, 94 seats were allotted to TDP and 24 seats to Janasena. Also, 3 parliamentary seats were announced for Janasena. The names of the key leaders of both parties have been finalized in the first list. TDP leader Chandrababu is contesting from Kuppam. Pawan Kalyan may contest from Bhimavaram. Along with them, TDP National General Secretary Nara Lokesh from Mangalagari, AP TDP President Achchennaidu from Tekkali and Janasena key leader Nadendla Manohar will contest from Tenali.r

When will the rest of the candidates be announced?

In the first joint list of TDP and Janasena, 118 seats were announced without the support of BJP. After that Chandrababu spoke on the mention of BJP saying that if the BJP comes together, they will take a decision at the appropriate time. Pawan Kalyan has made it clear that they will definitely win the contested seats and BJP’s blessings are also on TDP and Janasena. However, it seems that the remaining candidates will be announced after the alliance with the BJP and the settlement of seats are finalized.

Kapu Resentment over TDP-Janasena seat sharing

The Janasena party is angry that only 24 seats have been allotted in the first list. Apart from this, they are expressing concern that Pawan Kalyan is acting to damage the self-respect of the Kapu community. In this list, 94 seats have been allotted to TDP, and they are not able to digest it. Leaders of the Kapu social group are expressing regret that Janasena has sold them to Chandrababu.
