YSRCP Releases Ninth List: Vijayasai Reddy Set for Direct Election!

As the Assembly and Lok Sabha elections draw near, YSRCP chief Jaganmohan Reddy is speeding up the candidate selection process. Jagan, leading from the front, released the ninth list of MLA and MP candidates yesterday. In this list, in-charges have been appointed for all three positions.

YSRCP chief and Rajya Sabha MP Vijayasai Reddy has been assigned as the in-charge of Nellore Parliament Constituency. This move hints at a potential bid for the Nellore MP seat in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. If he decides to contest, it will mark Vijayasai Reddy’s first direct participation in elections, having served twice in the Rajya Sabha (2016, 2022). Additionally, Murugudu Lavanya replaces Ganji Chiranjeevi, who previously held the position in Mangalagiri. Imtiaz, a recent addition to the party after retiring as an IAS officer, has been appointed as the Kurnool Assembly in-charge.
