YSRCP’s strategic changes: Are THESE the joint Anantapur candidates?

CM Jagan is making strategic plans for the next election with the slogan ‘Why Not 175!’. In this background, he made changes in many constituencies of the state and is ready to remove some candidates. Due to this, there is tension among key leaders and their fans as to who will be allotted the ticket. Recently, the news of changes and additions of MLA candidates in YSRCP caused a stir in the joint Anantapur district. Presently there are 12 MLAs of YSRCP here. The information that there may be changes in many positions in the joint Anantapur area is making the MLAs sweat.

YSRCP alerts MLAs in advance

The united Anantapur district was once a TDP stronghold. However, in the 2019 elections, YCP won an undisputed victory. The YSRCP leadership is on alert for victory in the next election as well. There are a total of 14 assembly seats and 2 parliament seats in this district. Meanwhile, there are reports that the CM is going to give a chance to a new woman leader as the Hindupuram MP candidate. According to this information, Boya Shantha is being fielded as the MP candidate of Hindupuram and Shankar Narayan as the candidate for the Anantapuram MP segment. Similarly, while Kapu Ramachandra Reddy or Krishna Murthy may be in the fray from Kalyanadurgam, Ushasri Charan is in the fray from Penukonda as an MLA candidate. It is reported that they are thinking of giving MLA tickets to Rangaiah or Mettu Govind Reddy from Rayadurgam.

Rumours that Sitting MLAs won’t get tickets

There are reports that the names of many MLAs are on the replacement list within the joint Anantapur district. It is known that changes have already been made in many positions. With this, the campaign that even more sitting MLAs won’t get tickets is going on vigorously. It is known that four MLAs were shown the door even during the earlier MLC elections held within the quota of assembly members. The leaders of the ruling party are discussing the consequences of these changes in many constituencies.
