Sri Ram idol procession canceled

The Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust had said that before the Prana Pratishta in the temple, the idol of Lord Rama will be paraded in Ayodhya on the 17th of this month. However, the temple committee recently announced that they are canceling the procession of Lord Ram’s idol in Ayodhya. A decision to this extent has been taken in view of the concern that the crowd of devotees will be high. On the same day, the new statue will be unveiled in the premises of Ramjanmabhoomi.
