Both Telugu States’ CMs in Delhi! All Eyes On Revanth-Babu Meeting on 6th

The politics of the two Telugu states reached Delhi. Telangana CM Revanth Reddy and AP CM Chandrababu Naidu are visiting Delhi at the same time. Chandrababu met PM Modi this morning, and Revanth met the PM in the afternoon. However, Revanth Reddy and Chandrababu are scheduled to meet in Hyderabad on the 6th of this month. Exactly two days before this meeting, the fact that both CMs are meeting the Prime Minister separately has become a hot topic in political circles.

On this occasion, they plan to explain the pending issues in the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2014 to the PM and request the release of the pending funds. It is reported that the Chief Ministers are holding discussions with the Prime Minister to ensure their states benefit from the upcoming central budget. Meanwhile, BRS is highlighting the ‘mentor-disciple’ relationship between Chandrababu and Revanth Reddy to the fore as the Telangana CM’s unexpected visit to Delhi during Babu’s tour has made the politics even more interesting.

He made an appeal regarding the allocation of funds to AP in the central budget.

Before meeting Narendra Modi, CM Revanth Reddy and Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka met Union Home Minister Amit Shah. They discussed many important issues related to the state. Last week, the CM and Deputy CM brought Telangana’s problems to the attention of several central ministers in the context of the central government working on the budget, requesting fund allocation. It seems that both of them will meet some other central ministers as part of this tour.
