Congress Candidate Gurmeet Singh Passes Away.. Election On Hault

Rajasthan assembly elections will be held on November 25. MLA and Congress candidate Gurmeet Singh is contesting from the Karanpur constituency. Today he passed away in AIIMS, Delhi, due to severe illness.

Gurmeet Singh is 75 years old. He has been suffering from illness for some time. He has a high BP and his kidneys are damaged. He is currently an MLA from the Karanpur constituency of the Congress party. After filing the nomination Singh passed away. Now the election will be postponed due to the death of the candidate. The Election Commission has to make an official announcement.
