Varanasi Court’s Sensational Decision in Gyanvapi Case

Gyanvapi Case witnesses a crucial development. The Varanasi Court granted permission to Hindus to perform rituals in the Gyanvapi Mosque. The Kashi Vishwanath Trust announced that they would set up idols of Hindu deities in the mosque premises and start rituals within a week. Kashi Vishwanath Trust has revealed that this is the biggest victory for Hindus.

The Varanasi Court has permitted Hindu devotees to perform worship inside the ‘Vyas Ka Tekhana’, a closed area within the Gyanvapi Mosque. The court has directed the district administration to make the necessary arrangements within the next 7 days. The Varanasi court has permitted Hindu devotees to perform prayers in the sealed basements of the Gyanvapi Mosque. As per the court order, Hindu devotees can now conduct prayers in the ‘Vyas Ka Tekhana’, a closed area inside the Gyanvapi Mosque in Varanasi.

Speaking on behalf of the Hindu side in this case, lawyer Vishnu Shankar Jain said that permission has been granted to the Hindu party to conduct prayers in the ‘Vyas Ka Tekhana’. The district administration has to make arrangements within 7 days. He further stated that now everyone has the right to conduct prayers there.
