Is Bihar’s Mahagathbandhan Alliance at Risk?

The political landscape in Bihar is heating up once again as defections from the Mahagathbandhan alliance to the NDA raise questions about the alliance’s future. Despite RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav’s efforts, MLAs continue to leave the party and the alliance. Most recently, MLA Bharat Bind joined the NDA alliance led by CM Nitish Kumar. Additionally, Congress MLA Neetu Kumari is reportedly considering switching parties, hoping to secure a Lok Sabha ticket in the upcoming elections. If she fails to obtain the ticket, she will likely join the BJP.
