Manipur Government Implements ‘No Work, No Pay’ Rule

The Manipur government has made an important decision. They’ve issued a circular stating that if government employees don’t show up for work without a valid reason, they’ll be marked absent and their salary for that day will be deducted. This means the ‘No Work-No Pay’ rule is now in effect. The government made this decision because they expect a significant drop in attendance due to recent violent incidents across the state.
