Prime Minister Modi Visits Lord Krishna in Submerged Dwarka

Prime Minister Modi conducted special prayers for Lord Krishna in submerged Dwarka during his visit to Gujarat. After inaugurating the Sudarshan Setu, the Prime Minister visited the ancient temple of Lord Krishna in Dwarka, submerged underwater, and equipped with oxygen. He mentioned that praying in the submerged city of Dwarka was a divine experience. On this occasion, Prime Minister Modi tweeted that he felt connected to an age of timeless devotion and prayed for Lord Krishna’s blessings upon everyone.

As part of his Gujarat visit, various development projects were inaugurated and foundation stones were laid. Along with the Sudarshan Setu, inauguration ceremonies were conducted for the electrification of 533 kilometres of railway lines in Jamnagar, Devbhoomi, and Porbandar districts, and for two offshore pipeline projects under the Ministry of Petroleum.
