47 Acres Of Illegal Land Grabbing: SC, ST Atrocity Case On Malla Reddy

SC, ST atrocity case has been registered against former Minister Mallareddy at Shamirpet Police Station for grabbing tribal lands. In the complaint, the victims said that 47 acres were occupied. There are allegations that registration was done overnight during the election. In this order, after receiving a complaint against MRO and Mallareddy, the police registered cases under four sections. A 420 cheating and SC, ST atrocity case has been registered against Mallareddy along with 9 of his followers.

Case Against Mallareddy And 9 Others

A complaint has been registered in Shamirpet police station that ex-minister Mallareddy and his benami followers have fraudulently acquired the land of 47 acres and 18 guts of ST heritage land in survey numbers 33, 34, 35 of Kesavaram village in three Chintalapalli mandal of Medchal Malkajiri district. The police who investigated the former minister, his followers, Srinivas Reddy, a relative of Mallareddy, Hari Mohan Reddy, husband of the former sarpanch of Keshavpur village, Vice-Chairman of the Joint Rangareddy District (DCMS) Shamirpet Mandal Agricultural Co-operative Society, Chairman Ramidi Madhukar Reddy Sivadu, Sneha Ramireddy, Ramidi Police registered a case against Lakshmamma and Ramidi Neha Reddy.

Kethavath Bhikshapati Naik, the victim, said that it was the inherited land of six people. They expressed their grief that they surrendered the land worth 250 crores by giving fingerprints to Malla Reddy. They expressed anger that Malla Reddy made them lose their rights on their land. The victims appealed to the chief minister to conduct an inquiry into the possession of this land, saying that they were poor.
