BJP To Announce Its First Candidates List For TS Elections Today

Finally, the list of T BJP candidates will be released today. The BJP’s exercise on the selection of MLA candidates to contest the Telangana Assembly elections has reached its final stage. The state core committee members met at the residence of BJP state election in-charge Prakash Javadekar on Thursday. Many meetings were held and discussions made. BJP state president Kishan Reddy, Parliamentary Board member K. Laxman, and party state in-charges Sunil Bansal and Tarun Chugh participated in this meeting. Along with them, National Vice President DK Aruna, BJP General Secretary Bandi Sanjay, Telangana State Election Management Committee Chairman Etela Rajender, and others participated in this meeting.

In this meeting, issues like the constituencies contested by the main leaders, and the allotment of seats according to the social classes were discussed. After that, the core committee members met the national president JP Nadda several times. After these meetings, the committee met again on Thursday night at Nadda’s residence.

Amit Shah also attended this meeting. The core committee has already come to an estimate on all the seats contested in Telangana. But they will meet Nadda again on Friday at 11 am. Only then will the final list be prepared. After that, the list will be sent to the BJP Parliamentary Board meeting to be held today (Friday) evening. Prime Minister Modi, Nadda, Amit Shah, Laxman, and other members will also participate in this parliamentary board meeting. Along with the selection of candidates from Telangana, the selection of candidates from Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan will be discussed and the final list will be announced. However, more work needs to be done on Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Chhattisgarh. Based on this, it seems that only the names of candidates for 65 seats in Telangana will be announced in the first phase list.
