‘Can’t Even Touch Assembly Gate!’ Rajagopal Reddy Challenges BRS
Former Congress candidate Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy said that the pride of CM KCR and Minister KTR will be brought down in this election. He participated in the public meeting organized at Dharmojigudem of Choutuppal mandal. He expressed grief that Telangana which was gotten after a long fight has now gone into the hands of the Kalvakuntla family. He reminded the people that Telangana was won after 60 years of struggle and sacrifices of many souls.
‘KCR is a coward!’
He said that Sonia Gandhi gave Telangana even though she knew it would cost the Congress party. He accused KCR of being a coward for sending an army of 100 men to contest against him. He said that everyone understood that BRS and BJP parties are one because MLC Kavitha was not arrested in the Delhi liquor case. He warned Minister KTR that he was speaking with pride, and told him to be warned. He said that he had previously joined BJP to fight against KCR, and since Kavitha was not arrested in the liquor scam case, he understood that BJP and BRS are one. He explained that is why he came back to his home party, Congress.
‘Opportunity to pay off Sonia’s debt’
He complained that the BRS leaders in the joint district were shivering with his re-entry. He challenged that not even a single BRS candidate from joint Nalgonda would be allowed to touch the assembly gate. He was angry that KCR had cheated Dalits by not giving a Dalit CM, three acres of land, unemployment benefits, one job per house and double-bedroom houses. Now they are asking for votes with new promises, people are advised to be careful said Komatireddy. He asked everyone to vote for Congress saying that people have got a chance to clear the debt of Sonia Gandhi for giving Telangana. After coming to power, he promised to implement six guarantee schemes and develop Munugoda, Siddipet and Sircilla.
Development with Resignation
He said that when he was an MLA and spoke for Munugodu many times in the assembly, the state government did not give him a penny. He said that after he resigned, they came searching for the people and did the work. If Congress comes to power, farmers will be given a loan waiver of 2 lakh rupees he promised. He called to give one chance to Congress for giving Telangana. He promised to develop Siddipet and Sircilla if he wins as Congress MLA.
The State should be Freed from KCR
Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy, who was earlier in the BJP, recently joined the Congress and secured a ticket from Munugodu. Now Rajagopal Reddy’s comments on BJP after the change of party raised a huge uproar. He said that BJP’s job is done and Congress is looking like the alternative to BRS. Rajagopal Reddy said that even if he joined the BJP from Congress then or switched from BJP to Congress today, the aim has always been to free the state from the corruption, anarchy and undemocratic rule of the KCR family.
