Congress Confident Of Kodandaram, Will Work Together Says Revanth

TJS has extended full support to the Congress party in the Telangana assembly elections. TPCC Chief Revanth Reddy met with TJS Chief Kodandaram at the TJS office in Nampally on Monday morning. Manikrao Thakre and Boseraju were also there along with Revanth. Afterwards, Revanth Reddy spoke to the media. He revealed that the people have faith in Prof. Kodandaram and met him as per the instruction of the high command. He said when Kodandaram was asked to support the Congress in the assembly elections he agreed. He said that Kodandaram has upheld Telangana’s self-respect. They will work together to free the state from the KCR family. A memorandum of understanding will be released.

KCR’s Conspiracies

Revanth Reddy said that KCR’s conspiracies will be reversed. During the Telangana movement, the JAC was formed and Kodandaram led the movement. He said that TJS will play a vital role in the Congress government and his services will be part of the government. He said that a new government will be formed on December 9 and the six guarantees will be implemented. He said that they shared their thoughts, opinions and duties during this meeting. He announced that they would soon come to a common understanding to fulfil public administration and the aspirations of the movement. However, it is reported that Kodandaram brought 6 proposals before the Congress. Reports say that Revanth Reddy has agreed to form a special board for education, health care, jobs for all, justice for small and medium scale industries, traditional occupations, income security for small marginal farmers, development of all communities with constitutional values and welfare of activists. Consequently, Kodandaram will give his support to the party in this election, without contesting. Meanwhile, it is known that Kodandaram met Rahul Gandhi who recently came to Telangana at V Park Hotel in Karimnagar.
