Change from TRS to BRS

The change in the name of the party can also be said to be a reason for the defeat of the BRS party in the Telangana assembly elections. The name TRS was popular among the people even before the formation of Telangana. After the formation of a separate state, they contested the 2014 and 2019 elections under the name of TRS. But by the time 2023 came, KCR changed the name of TRS to BRS. It is known that political analysts, party leaders and people are of the opinion that this decision taken by KCR has threatened the survival of the party.
