Minister Komatireddy: ‘I Will Meet The Union Minister’

The Congress government in Telangana is focusing on public issues and slowly increasing speed in governance. Also, the promises made in the election have been fulfilled. Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, who took oath along with CM Revanth Reddy, took charge as Minister of Roads, Buildings and Cinematography in his chamber.

Later, a review was conducted with the officials on the pending roads. Minister Komati Reddy said that he has signed nine files today. One of them is the Nalgonda-Musampally, Dharmaram road width file. On the other hand, he said that he would work to bring more funds from the centre for the development of roads in the state. He said that most of the roads in Telangana are not good, so they are focusing on them. He noted that LB Nagar-Malkapur road will be completed soon.

As part of that, he said that he would meet Union Minister Nitin Gadkari on December 11. The Union Minister will be requested to make the Hyderabad-Vijayawada highway 6 lanes. They will ask about the construction of 4 line roads from Hyderabad to Kalvakurti. He criticized the condition of the roads, saying that they have become awful in the last ten years. He said that if there are any irregularities in the construction of the Secretariat, Martyrs Stupa and Ambedkar statue, they will be investigated.
