Meet the Sircilla Weaver whose ‘Golden Saree’ is set to reach Ayodhya!

Hariprasad, a handloom worker from Sircilla, is set to receive a special honour for his exceptional craftsmanship. The beautiful golden saree which he made is being sent to Ayodhya. BJP National General Secretary and Karimnagar MP Bandi Sanjay inspected this saree. Hari Prasad said it took him 20 days to make the saree, and he used 8 grams of gold and 20 grams of silver. The saree also contains pictures depicting the Ramayana along with a picture of Lord Rama.

Bandi Sanjay shared the pictures related to the saree on his X account. Even in the past, the history of keeping a sari in a matchbox is attributed to Sircilla. He highlighted the significance of supporting the handloom industry, recognizing its exceptional craftsmanship. He assured that he would make every effort to support and assist the handloom workers.
