Telangana Government Transfers 11 IAS Officers

Telangana government has transferred 11 IAS officers. To this extent, Chief Secretary Shantikumari has issued orders transferring the respective officers. Keeping in view the upcoming elections, the state government departments are preparing for large-scale transfers. Along with IAS and IPS officers other key departments such as revenue, police, finance, general administration, and other departments are being transferred at the state and district levels. GHMC has already transferred Dana Kishore as Commissioner, HMDA Commissioner Janardhan Reddy and Stamps and Excise Commissioner Chiranjeevi.

1. Vani Prasad as Principal Secretary, Department of Forests and Environment (with additional responsibilities as Director General of EPTRI)
2. Rahul Bojja as GAD Secretary
3. Arvind Kumar as Special Chief Secretary, Disaster Management Department
4. Venkatesham as Principal Secretary of the Education Department(Additional charge of College and Technical Education Department)
5. Dana Kishore as Principal Secretary, Municipal Department
6. MD Sudarshan Reddy as Hyderabad Water Works
7. Srinivas Raju as Secretary of Roads, Buildings and Transport Department
8. Christina as Secretary of the Medical Health Department
9. Sridevi as Commissioner of the Commercial Taxes Department
10. RV Karnan as Director of the Health and Family Welfare Department
11. Vakati Karuna as Secretary of the Women and Child Welfare Department
