Vijayashanti Reacts To KCR’s Defeat In Kamareddy

Congress leader Vijayashanthi has reacted to the defeat of BRS leader KCR from Kamareddy in the Telangana assembly elections. Vijayashanthi said that she called KCR as ‘Anna’ and worked with respect even though there were many political differences between them. She expressed her sadness that BRS has come to this low that KCR himself lost as an MLA.

Vijayashanthi said if KCR had stayed away from the CM post after forming Telangana or after the 2018 elections, BRS would have avoided this worst situation. However, She expressed her opinion that the society of Telangana expects KCR and BRS to act respectfully as an opposition towards the Congress government.

KCR contested from Kamareddy and Gajwel in the Telangana elections. KCR won in Gajwel, but in Kamareddy, he lost to Katipalli Venkataramana Reddy and was limited to the third position.
