Vijayashanti Urges Unity of Political Parties on NTR Issue

Congress leader and actress Vijayashanti expressed her views on the occasion of former Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao receiving the ‘Bharat Ratna’ award. While acknowledging that awards like the Bharat Ratna may not always be influenced by politics, she highlighted that the Telugu community would have been greatly pleased if NTR had also been honoured with the ‘Bharat Ratna’, considering his significance as a symbol of their pride.

She mentioned that there is a great opportunity to elevate this issue nationally, and she strongly believes that taking on this responsibility and striving to fulfil everyone’s desires is essential. She mentioned on the X platform that it’s not unrealistic to think that all political parties will support this issue.
