Bhishma Ekadashi: Devotees Flock to Temples Across Andhra Pradesh

Today, on the occasion of Bhishma Ekadashi, devotees flocked to various temples across Andhra Pradesh. The temples of Kalabhairava in Annavaram, Antarvedi, and Seetharamapuram in Tallarevu were bustling with devotees. To visit the Satyanarayana Swamy at Annavaram, devotees started arriving in the morning. The ‘vrat mandapam’ and queue lines were filled. Due to the crowd, officials started the ‘vrats’ and all darshans from one o’clock in the early hours.

In Seetharamapuram of Tallarevu Mandal in Kakinada district, the Bhishma Ekadashi celebrations are being held grandly. On this occasion, the Kalabhairava Teertham was conducted. A large number of devotees arrived to witness this Theertham. The procession of Appanna’s bulls captivated the devotees. On the other hand, the crowd of devotees also increased in Antarvedi of Konaseema district. Devotees are arriving in large numbers to witness the Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Rathotsavam to be held today, after performing holy baths in the Godavari river.
