Explosion at Patna Civil Court Claims Two Lives

A transformer exploded within the premises of the Civil Court in Patna, the capital of Bihar, causing a massive fire. In the incident, a lawyer along with a shop owner lost their lives. The lawyer was identified as Devendra Prasad. Additionally, four others sustained serious injuries and are currently receiving medical treatment at a hospital.

Following the incident, lawyers at the court expressed their anxiety and were being persuaded by the police to return home. The explosion occurred near gate number one of the Civil Court complex. Upon learning about the incident, the fire department personnel reached the scene and brought the flames under control.
