Google Play Store Removes Several Apps: Here is the Reason!

Google has announced the removal of several apps from the Google Play Store. A total of 10 popular apps have been ruthlessly eliminated. Until now, Google had issued warnings, but recently, it has removed these ten apps and released a post. The action was taken because they were not compliant with the company’s policies, meaning they did not pay the Play Store fees.

From the Play Store in India, Google has removed apps such as Quack-Quack, ALT Balaji, Aha, Shaadi.com, Bharat Matrimony, and Jeevansathi. On the same day, it also removed apps like Naukri.com and 99 Acres. Additionally, Kuku FM and Stage Truly Madly are among the apps that have been taken down from the Play Store.

Google has announced that the policies and fees for its Play Store have always been standard. However, issues have arisen specifically with these 10 companies. Google stated that these companies have not complied with paying the appropriate fees for the Google Play Stores. Consequently, Google is prepared to take action against the apps of these companies.

Google has revised its fee structure, adjusting the charges from 15% to 30% for its Play Store. For apps in India that offer in-app purchases, the fees have been set between 11% and 26%. It has been revealed that these companies are not even paying a portion of their deal. According to Google’s policies, the failure of companies to comply has led to the ban of these 10 apps by Google.
