Telangana Government to Change Traffic Rules in Hyderabad

CM Revanth Reddy’s government takes sensational decisions. He takes a special interest in easing Hyderabad traffic congestion. The government has issued explicit directives to relevant authorities, stating they should not hesitate to amend traffic regulations to address Hyderabad’s traffic issues effectively. The Hyderabad Police Commissioner and traffic officials have stepped into action.

The government has issued crucial orders, warning that strict actions will be taken against those who do not comply with traffic regulations. Hyderabad CP Kothakota Srinivas Reddy stated that from now on, traffic control measures will be implemented continuously. Authorities have issued a stern warning that stringent actions will be taken against individuals who fail to adhere to traffic regulations and illegally occupy parking spaces. They had warned that fines would be imposed and penalties collected through the issuance of challans for non-compliance with regulations. It was stated that Violators of the rules will not be spared. It was suggested that goods vehicles should enter the city only during specified times to reduce congestion. Officials have warned that fines will be issued to goods vehicles entering the city outside of designated hours. New traffic regulations are being introduced to transform Hyderabad into a city with less traffic congestion.

The Hyderabad Police Commissioner and traffic officials have declared the commencement of Traffic Road Safety Month to enhance awareness and ensure safer roads in the city. They also stated that they are providing awareness of traffic to the urban population. They mentioned that so far, 150 programs have been conducted to educate the public on road safety and traffic rules. It is reported that 35,000 people attended these programs. They emphasized the importance of returning home safely when venturing outside and called for adherence to traffic regulations to maintain Hyderabad’s reputation.
