UP Constable Exam Paper Leak: Chairman Removed

The leak of the constable recruitment exam question paper in Uttar Pradesh has caused a stir across the state. With 48 lakh candidates taking the exam simultaneously on February 11, news of the paper leak prompted protests by candidates statewide. Recently, the UP government took action by removing Police Recruitment Board Chairman Renuka Mishra from her position. Furthermore, the government has decided to cancel the exam.

CM Yogi Adityanath has instructed to hold the police recruitment exam again within six months. Officials have announced that they will offer free transportation for the re-exam. Additionally, a special task force has been set up for the investigation of the paper leak. Approximately 48 lakh candidates have applied for this exam.
