Arjuna Award Honor: Mohammed Shami is conferred by the President

India’s prominent fast bowler, Mohammed Shami shared intriguing thoughts upon receiving the Arjuna Award, the nation’s second-highest sporting honor. Expressing his elation, he described the accolade as a realization of a long-held dream. Shami emphasized the rarity of such recognition, noting that even after an entire lifetime, many individuals may never receive this prestigious award. While numerous athletes aspire to be honored with the Arjuna Award, only a select few attain it, leaving many as mere spectators to this unfulfilled dream, according to Shami.
