Australia registered their third consecutive win in the World Cup. The team defeated the Netherlands by 309 runs in a one-sided match on Wednesday. Maxwell (106 of 44 balls) scored the fastest century in the history of the World Cup as Australia scored 399 runs for the loss of 8 wickets. Warner (104) also hit a century. Smith (71) and Labuschagne (62) excelled. The Netherlands simply could not compete against Australia’s blitz.
