Maxwell’s Stellar Performance Shatters Records with Spectacular Century

In the ongoing second T20 match between West Indies and Australia in Adelaide, the Aussies batted first and posted a formidable total of 241 runs for the loss of 4 wickets in the allotted overs. The opening batsmen, Warner (22), Inglis (4), and Marsh (29) scored runs, but it was Glenn Maxwell who stole the show with a stunning century. Maxwell’s explosive innings included 9 fours and 7 sixes off just 50 balls, helping him reach his fifth T20 century and matching Rohit Sharma’s record.

Maxwell shines against the West Indies in the second T20. He reached his half-century in just 25 balls and went on to score a century in 50 balls.
