Anticipation of Defeat Spreads Among TDP Candidates

With just three days left for polling day, politics in Andhra Pradesh is getting more intense. YSRCP leader and Chief Minister Jagan is actively conducting three meetings every day. He’s campaigning with his unique slogan ‘Why Not 175, 25’, energizing both the public and party members. The YSRCP’s campaign management is running smoothly, and they have ample financial resources. However, there seems to be dissatisfaction among TDP and alliance leaders. The lack of effective campaign management and financial resources has left MLA candidates unsure about their next steps.

It’s clear from recent surveys across the state that the YSRCP is likely to regain power. This has led to a loss of confidence among alliance leaders in their chances of winning. Additionally, candidates are struggling due to financial constraints. Those who got tickets as MP candidates assured Chandrababu that they would provide financial resources for the MLA candidates in their constituency, but not a single MLA candidate has received any financial support yet. This lack of funds is causing serious problems for MLA candidates, who feel they have little to do but give up on the election. Some candidates aren’t even bothering to campaign anymore.

The YSRCP campaign is picking up momentum. CM Jagan has been actively preparing for the 2024 elections for a while now. Jagan directed that they must win all seats by emphasizing the welfare and social justice initiatives of his government. They’re actively campaigning in all constituencies and closely monitoring public response. Whenever there’s an issue, even if there’s a lack of coordination, party leaders are alerted. They’re instructed to fix mistakes and move forward. Winning is seen as crucial in every constituency. Party officials are making it clear that the YSRCP should win, even in constituencies where the main leaders of the alliance are contesting.
