BJP Central Command to Decide on TDP Alliance

Daggubati Purandeswari, the state president of the BJP party, disclosed that the BJP is in alliance with the Janasena Party. She clarified that they will contest the elections in alliance with the Janasena Party. Daggubati Purandeswari visited the Nellore district. BJP President of AP, Purandeswari criticized that the YSRCP government has neglected public welfare and development, wasting time with vindictive politics.

The opposition parties TDP and Janasena have decided to form the alliance to counter the ruling YSRCP. Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan has already announced that there will be an alliance with TDP. Neither Chandrababu Naidu nor Pawan Kalyan has confirmed whether an alliance with the BJP will be formed for the elections. The BJP high command has also not made any statements regarding alliances. Chandrababu and Pawan are considering going to the elections together with three parties, aiming to prevent a split in their vote bank.

The BJP state president Purandeswari responded to questions about alliances in AP. She stated that they are still in alliance with Janasena in AP. She stated that the final decision on forming an alliance with TDP lies with the central leadership. She accused the YSRCP government of engaging in policies that are against the interests of the people. Daggubati Purandeswari declared their commitment to fight against corruption, illegalities, and disorder under the YSRCP regime.
